Tom brings a background built on hands-on experience in fast-paced environments where attention to detail and follow-through matter. His experience has instilled a strong appreciation for quality, organization, and the importance of doing things the right way. Through this, Tom developed a belief that the best products and services come from intention, not speed. That mindset became a driving force behind the creation of Open House Furnishings. He is driven to build a company rooted in clarity, thoughtful design, and long-term value. Tom’s vision is to create a brand that feels approachable, trustworthy, and genuinely aligned with the needs of real homes and the people who live in them.
Andy Soares
Co-Founder
Andy brings over 12 years of experience with The Walt Disney Company, where he developed a strong foundation in delivering world class customer experiences at scale. Working closely with guests in high expectation environments, he refined a deep understanding of service, attention to detail, and creating memorable interactions.
In addition to his time with Disney, Andy has multiple years of experience in retail and sales, further strengthening his ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and prioritize satisfaction at every touchpoint. Today, he applies that same customer first mindset to OH Furnishings.
