Unlike standard curbside freight delivery, our White Glove service includes in-home placement, assembly when applicable, and packaging removal so your furniture arrives ready to enjoy.

What White Glove Delivery Includes

In-Home Delivery

Your furniture is carefully delivered inside your home and placed in the room of your choice.

Professional Placement

Our delivery team will position your furniture in your preferred space and ensure placement is completed with care and attention.

Stair Carry Service

White Glove deliveries generally include carrying furniture up to two flights of stairs from the building entrance when safely accessible.

Additional stair flights, difficult access conditions, elevator coordination, or extended carry distances may require additional service charges.

Assembly (When Applicable)

If assembly is required for your item, our team will professionally assemble the product during delivery whenever applicable.

Packaging Removal

All standard packaging materials associated with the delivery will be removed at the completion of service whenever possible.

What to Expect After Ordering

Once your order has completed production and enters the delivery network:

  • Your shipment will be routed to a local delivery hub
  • A delivery representative will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Delivery windows are based on routing availability and geographic location
  • An adult (18+) must be present during the scheduled delivery window

For made-to-order furniture pieces:

  • Production may require approximately 1–2 weeks before shipment
  • White Glove delivery scheduling and transit may require an additional 1–2 weeks depending on customer location and route availability

Delivery Preparation Requirements

To help ensure a safe and successful delivery experience, customers are responsible for:

  • Measuring all entryways, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and interior spaces prior to ordering
  • Ensuring the furniture will safely fit into the intended room
  • Securing pets before delivery arrival
  • Providing a clear and safe delivery pathway
  • Reserving elevators or loading docks when required by the building
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible and safe at the time of delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations, unsafe conditions, building restrictions, customer unavailability, or insufficient space, additional fees may apply for:

  • Redelivery
  • Additional labor
  • Stair carries
  • Long carries
  • Storage
  • Rescheduling
  • Specialty handling services

Delivery Limitations

While our delivery teams work hard to accommodate most homes and spaces, certain services may not be possible in all environments.

White Glove Delivery does not automatically include:

  • Wall mounting
  • Electrical installation
  • Plumbing installation
  • Removal of existing furniture
  • Hoisting through windows or balconies
  • Structural modifications to the home

Specialty delivery requests may require advance approval and additional service charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery.

Please inspect:

  • Upholstery
  • Finish
  • Glass
  • Stone surfaces
  • Packaging condition
  • Overall product condition

Any visible damage or concerns must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

Failure to report visible delivery damage at the time of delivery may affect eligibility for replacement or freight claims.
