  • Natural materials may contain inherent variations

Such variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory limitations
  • If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Sales tax is applied based on delivery location
  • Payment must be received in full prior to order processing

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

5. Production & Lead Times

  • Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery requires:

  • Adequate access to the delivery location
  • An adult (18+) present to receive and inspect the delivery

Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in additional fees or rescheduling charges.

7. Inspection & Risk of Loss
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items at the time of delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be noted on delivery documents before signing
  • Failure to note damage may affect claim eligibility

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon completed delivery and acceptance.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy.

Key points:

  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs
  • Delivery fees, including White Glove services, are non-refundable
  • Customized, made-to-order, outlet, or final sale items may not be eligible for return

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

9. Refused or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or missed due to customer unavailability, access issues, or failure to prepare the space, additional redelivery, storage, or handling fees may apply.
